4th. of July Look #1 using Sugarpill cosmetics

Hey everybody! I wanted to get a couple looks up with some makeup ideas for the 4th of July. I am always up for getting to dress in theme and the 4th is for sure one of my favorites. I just love red, white, and blue together, because I feel like there's just so much you can do with them. I feel like whether you're going to a BBQ or a firework show or clubbing with friends you should have fun with your look and just let your patriotism show =)

For this look I knew I really wanted to do a dramatic winged out look with some glitter. I recently purchased the Sugarpill "Royal Sugar" loose eyeshadow and the few times I had tried to use it hadn't worked out too well because it kept blending patchy. So when I used it today I put down a royal blue eyeliner as a base and it stuck to it beautifully and really showed off the gorgeous blue glitter in the shadow. I brought the blue into the crease and outer corner creating a sort of cut crease. Then i put a red base down on the lid and applied Sugarpill's "Asylum" loose shadow, which is my all time favorite shimmery red. I made sure to blend the edges where the 2 colors meet and then I applied Lorac's 3-D lustre in "White" all over where I applied the red pigment as the "fireworks" of the look. I applied that same blue base and "Royal Sugar" shadow to the lower lashline and added a bit of red glitter liner to the inner corner. I then added some black liner to the lid and waterlines, tons of mascara and I was finished with the look.

I want to apologize for how haggard I look in these pictures and if my post seems a bit "off". I got diagnosed with Mono today and I'm feeling like crap, but I really wanted to get some Independence Day looks up for you guys. I plan on getting 1-2 more looks up in the next couple days, if my body allows me.

I hope ya'll have a great night <3
