Pocahontas Inspired Makeup Look

My look today was inspired by the beautiful Disney movie "Pocahontas."  Now where I may not look anything like her now, as a child I was compared to her a lot because I had dark hair, eyes, and tan skin. Yes I actually had tan skin! I don't know what happened, I guess lack of wanting to play outside all day. Now "Pocahontas" has always been one of my favorite Disney movies, second only to "The Little Mermaid" My pet cat as a child's name was Meeko and he was grey and fat just like her racoon =)

For the look I was inspired by the colors of her dress, necklace, and lips, I also decided to use black eyeliner to match her hair. Now where as Pocahontas could "paint with all the colors of the wind", I had only my simple makeup to do this look justice.

-Urban Decay 24/7 glide on shadow pencil- Clash(lower lash line)

-Wet 'n Wild "sparkle 'til morning" palette- Orange/copper shade(all over lid), dark brown shade(over eyeliner on lid and little bit in socket line), teal shade(lower lash line)

-Urban Decay eyeshadows- Beware(crease/blending color), Buck(crease), Blackout(set waterlines)

-MAC "copper sparkle" pigment(inner corner of lid)

-Maybelline eye studio gel liner- blackest black(line lids and waterlines)

-Forever 21 "gold" loose shimmer(inner corner highlight)

-Maybelline the Rocket mascara- blackest black
