Hey guys! Today I have another Holiday look for you. This look is a dramatic winged out blue and silver eye look with glowing flawless skin. I wanted to use the Urban Decay Vice 2 palette, because I know a lot of ya'll own this palette and I've been neglecting mine since I bought it. I know dramatic looks like this are not for everyone, but you could easily use the same colors and just change the shape up a bit. For those of you who aren't afraid of a little drama in your life, this look is for you. I think this look would be perfect for a Christmas party or even a NYE look. I wore this look out Christmas shopping yesterday and literally got so many compliments on it. So if you would like to see how to get this gorgeous, festive eye and face look just keep reading!
How To: EYES
-Apply your favorite primer all over the lids and lower lash line. Apply a silver base to the lid as well, making sure to stay under the crease. You also can apply tape to the outer edge of the eye to create a sharp edge, or use a makeup wipe at the end to clean and sharpen it up.
-Apply a matte cream shadow underneath the brow to highlight.
-Mix together "Habit" and "Rewind" and blend it into the upper crease to act as your blending/transition shade.
-Take the shadow "Shellshock" and apply it to the inner 1/3 of the upper lid and lower lash line and around the tear ducts.
-I used a shimmery mid-tone blue pigment on the center of the lid, but you could use "Madness" or "Prank" as a substitution instead. Make sure you blend the blue shadow into the silver, so there are no harsh lines between the two.
-Take "Lovesick" on a small blending brush and apply it into the outer corner and up into the crease a bit. You want to wing this shade up in the outer corner to create that cat eye effect.
-Run "Prank" underneath the lower lash line, pulling it slightly down in the inner corner to create a little wing.
-Apply a small amount of blue glitter to the center of the lid on top of the blue shadow. Then apply a little bit of a silver glitter on top of the silver shadow on the eyelid only.
-Take a blue eyeliner and apply it to your waterlines and tight line your eyes as well.
-Apply a generous amount of black mascara to your top and bottom lashes to complete the eyes!

How To: FACE
-Using a damp sponge, apply a medium-full coverage foundation all over your face. You want to create a flawless base for the rest of your makeup.
-Next, take your favorite concealer and apply it under your eyes and on any blemishes or redness you may have.
-Set everything with a lightweight translucent loose powder, to ensure your foundation lasts all night without getting shiny.
-Sculpt your face with a matte bronzing powder. I used the bronzer to contour my cheekbones, nose, temples, and under my jaw bone.
-Blend a peach colored blush to the backs of your cheekbones and onto the apples of your cheeks.
-Apply a shimmery highlighting powder to the tops of your cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, and to the cupid's bow to brighten and lift the face.
-Fill in your brows like you normally would. You want them shaped up to balance out your eye makeup and the rest of your face.
-Add a peach toned nude lipstick to your lips to finish off your look.
I hope you guys like this look! I plan on posting at least one more Christmas look before the big day and I have a couple New Year's Eve looks planned as well, so keep on the look out for that! I hope all of you are having a great weekend!
