Hi makeup junkies and happy Sunday to you all. I wanted to pop on here real quick, so I could share with you all what I got in my March Starbox. For those of you who have absolutely no idea what a "Starbox" is, let me give you a little info real quick: Starbox is a monthly makeup subscription service, created by the cosmetic brand Starlooks, that costs $15/month and comes with 1-5 full size Starlooks products in it each month. I was first introduced to the Starlooks brand, by receiving some of their products in my IPSY bag and was quite impressed with their makeup. I started doing some research on their brand and found out that they offered their own subscription service, and four months later here we are.
This month's box is a special edition box, where everything was specially chosen by Entrepreneur, Makeup artist, and YouTube Sensation (their words) Ashley Hackman. I'm not quite sure who she is, so I will have to go on to her YouTube account and watch some of her videos. Anyway, her box came with three full sized products: A lipstick, lipliner, and a black gel liner. I'm a huge fan of this month's box and the products that Miss Hackman chose, I feel like it included some awesome key products that will help you create a gorgeous black liner and sexy orange/red lip that's perfect for Spring. Also, I think the best part about this box, is that Starlooks made a generous donation to the Downtown LA Women's Shelter with the proceeds from this box. So not only did I received some bad ass makeup, but all of us who bought a box get to make a difference in these people's lives.

^Boss is a red/orange lipstick with a slight orange/gold shimmer to it; it also has a satin finish. I'm not usually a fan of lipsticks that have a shimmer in them, but this lipstick is GORGEOUS! I found that once the lipstick is on the lips, you really don't notice the shimmer very much. This lipstick on it's own seriously brightens my entire face up and I feel like the color is absolutely perfect for Spring. Also, if you apply the lipstick over the included lip liner, you get a gorgeous medium/deep strawberry shade and you also get a much more matte finish.

Starlooks Lip Liner- Cherry Cedar

-Cherry Cedar is a mid-tone red with a pink undertone and a matte finish. I love, love, LOVE this lip liner. The color and formula of this lip liner is seriously awesome. I love that this red pencil has that slight pink undertone, so it just really works well with my skin tone. I also love that this pencil has a matte finish, because it lasts forever, but doesn't feel super drying, and looks amazing all on it's own. I also love that when you layer a more shiny lipstick over top of the liner, it takes on a more matte finish
Starlooks Infinity longwear Eye Liner- Black Hole

-Black Hole is a black longwear cream liner, with a matte finish. Everyone, say hello to my new FAVORITE gel liner! This cream liner is absolutely perfect in every way. The formula went on smooth, even, and opaque, dried to a matte finish, and lasted forever! I also really love this liner on the waterlines. The color went on so dark and black and it seriously lasted all day, without smudging or smearing. I seriously am loving this stuff
Final Thoughts: I am so happy with all the products I received this month. That eyeliner and lip pencil seriously blew my mind, and that lipstick is seriously pretty and unique as well. I also really love that Starlooks donated some of the proceeds to a great charity.
