Hello fellow makeup junkies! I was so impressed by the products I received in my March Starlooks Starbox, that I decided to put together a look showcasing the creme liner, lip liner, and lipstick. I knew going in to the look that I wanted to create a more modern version of a classic pin-up look. So I created a very neutral eye (soft browns and creams with a bright inner corner), with a thick extended winged liner. I totally adore this creme liner and how it applies; it went on so smooth and opaque and lasted forever! I kept the rest of the face very flawless and contoured. The eyes were pretty simple and quick to do, so I spent the most time on perfecting my complexion; this meant using a light/medium coverage foundation, applying cream contour and highlight, and using multiple bronzing/sculpting/highlighting products. Now I know most people don't have the time or care to put that much effort into their face, so you can pick and choose your steps, it's just second nature to me to do my face like that so it takes about 20 mins. or so to do. Besides the eyeliner, the Starbox came with a lip liner and lipstick, so I mixed the two together to create this sexy deep strawberry lip that really completes the look.
How To: EYES
-Apply your favorite eye primer all over the lids and on the lower lash line.
-Highlight under the brow with a soft cream shade that has a slight satin finish.
-Dust a light matte brown shadow into your crease and blend so there are no harsh lines.
-Apply a cool toned, light shimmery brown shadow on to the inner 2/3s of the lid.
-Next, apply a shimmery medium/dark brown shadow to the remaining outer corners of the lid.
-On a smaller blending brush, blend a medium matte brown into the crease and very outer corner of the eyes; you also want to blend this shadow from the inner to the outer corners on the lower lash line.
-Apply black gel liner to the upper lash line. You want the liner to be rather thick, but you can make your wing as big or small as you like. Take that same liner and run it into the inner rims of your eyes, to really make your eyes pop and stand out.
-Blend a shimmery white shadow around the tear ducts and into the inner corners of the eyes to create a very bright, wide eyed look.
-Apply a few coats of mascara to the upper and lower lashes and fill in your brows to complete the look.

How To: FACE
-Apply a light/medium coverage foundation or BB Cream all over your face, making sure to blend it down to your neck. I mixed together my fave BB Cream and a white foundation to get my perfect shade.
-Correct the dark circles under your eyes with concealer, then use a lighter concealer to highlight under your eyes and down the center of your face.
-I then used a darker concealer to sculpt my face. I applied it under my cheek bones, sides of the temples, nose, jaw bones, chin, and lip and blended it out using a small flat top brush.
-I set the light concealer with a white powder mixed with a light skin toned powder, then set the rest of the face with a powder that matches my skin tone.
-Use a light matte bronzer around the perimeters of the face and along your cheek bones. Then use a deeper matte sculpting powder to really chisel out your cheek bones and the sides of your temples; you can also add a little of this powder down the sides of your nose to contour it. Make sure you blend out your bronzer and contour with a clean brush to ensure there are no harsh lines
-Add a shimmery/satin peach blush to the apples of the cheeks, blending back. Make sure to blend the blush out and into your contour, so there are no harsh lines.
-Apply a champagne highlighting powder to the tops of the cheek bones and down the center of the face (bridge of nose, center of forehead, cupid's bow, center of chin).
-Line your lips with a deep cherry colored lip liner and fill them in, then apply a red orange lipstick right over top.
Well guys, I really hope you like this look and don't forget to leave me a comment letting me know your thoughts, feelings, and requests! Love ya'll!
