Hysteric: Purple Eyes and Lips

Hey everyone! So like I said yesterday I have totally been inspired to wear fun, loud eyes lately. Bright colors have really become my shiz and I'm loving it! So today I went for an all purple sparkly eye look with a pop of glitter on the lower lash line. 

So to start this look off I applied a piece of tape along the outer edge of each eye and applied primer all over the lid up to the brow. Next I applied a fuchsia Color Tattoo to the lid to act as a sticky base, then I patted on Sugarpill's loose eyeshadow in "Hysteric" right on top. I then applied Sugarpill's loose shadow in "Paperdoll" into the inner corner of the eyes blending it slightly into Hysteric. Then using the BH 120 palette I took a mix of different matte purples and applied them into the crease, going from a light pink-purple closest to the brow and getting darker as I move down. I then blended Sugarpill's "Poison Plum" into the crease and onto the lower lash line. After that I applied MAC's mineralize eyeshadow in "Young Punk" into the outer corner and crease of the eye, making sure to blend into the other colors. I then lined the top lid with a black liquid liner and rimmed the eyes with a dark purple pencil liner. I added just a bit of the MAC shadow into the outer corner of the lower lash line and then added some purple glitter liner into the inner corners of the lower lash line as well. I highlighted the brow bone with a shimmery white shadow and added a sparkly champagne shade into the tear ducts to brighten the eyes. I applied lots of black mascara, as always, to the top and bottom lashes to finish the look off.

So for the rest of the face I kept things relatively natural. I used a long lasting foundation with good coverage, just to give me a flawless base. I used a brightening concealer under the eyes and around the nose and mouth just to help perk my skin up. Next I used a matte bronzer to sculpt my cheekbones, temples, nose, and jaw bone and applied a satiny pink blush onto the apples of the cheeks. I then applied a shimmery highlighting powder down the bridge of the nose, tops of the cheekbones, and the cupid's bow. For my eyebrows I used a brow pencil to lightly fill in any sparse areas and applied a tinted gel right on top to hold the hairs in place. I added a shimmery purple lip gloss to my lips to tie everything together. Then, to finish everything off I set my face with a hydrating water spray to really add a healthy sheen to my face. 

I've really been having a blast wearing these colorful looks. They just make me feel so happy and playful. I also did something a little different with my hair today, which I really liked. I just teased it all over and added a volumizing hairspray, which gave a sexy tousled look.
