Coral Cranberry Eyes

I am so in love with this look I wore yesterday! It's a gorgeous coral and cranberry smokey eye that's perfect for the Summer/Fall transition period. I used a mix of different cranberry and burgundy shades to get this look and I want to remind you all that if you ever don't have a certain eye shadow dig into your collection and use what you have, most products can be used for different purposes. For instance, I used a couple different blushes in this look as shadows and they worked perfectly. So I hope you guys like this look and stay tuned because I should have my first impressions of the new Urban Decay and Sigma palettes.

How to: Eyes
-Prime the lids and lower lash line, then apply a pink base to the the eyelid.
-Apply a warm toned caramel color to the crease as your transition/blending color. This shade can be matte or have a bit of shine to it, it's up to you. Just don't go too shimmery.
-Highlight the brow bone with a matte cream shade.
-Pat a pink-y coral shadow onto the inner 2/3s of the eye, leaving just the outer corner bare.
-Take a few different cranberry shades and blend them into the crease of the eye one at a time. You really want to layer shadows with this look and blend them out to create a lot of dimension to the eyes. You also want the shape of this look to extend out and upward into a cat eye shape.
-Next, I took 2 different burgundy toned blushes and blended them into the crease as well as the outer corner of the eye. You want this look to have a gradient effect by going from lightest at the brow bone down to darkest in the socket line and outer corner.
-Take a small amount of black shadow and apply it right into the outer corner blending slightly into the other colors. This is just to add a bit more depth to the look.
-Using a kohl pencil line as close to the lashes as possible, then smudge the line out. You also want to rim your eyes with this pencil as well.
-On the lower lash line apply the burgundy blush from inner to outer corner.
-Highlight around the tear ducts with a light shimmery pink champagne shade.
-Add lots of mascara to the top and bottom lashes.
