Eye Look using MAC's Neo-Orange Pigment!

Today I was totally inspired to do a bright neon orange eye with fun black cat eyeliner. I've had MAC's "Neo-Orange" pigment for a while now, but let's be honest a neon orange eyeshadow is not at all practical for everyday wear. So today I wanted to make this crazy fun pigment slightly more wearable, or as wearable as possible.

I started this look off by applying NYX's Jumbo Pencil in Milk all over the lid, up to the brow to create a good base for the colors to show as pigmented as possible. Then I applied "Neo-Orange" all over the lid, staying under the crease. Next, blended Urban Decay's "Naked" eyeshadow into the crease and applied a matte cream shadow under the brow to highlight. I then dipped into the BH Cosmetics 120 palette and mixed a few different matte orange shades and blended them into the crease to smooth the transition between the neon orange and the brown shadows. I then lined the eyes with a black liquid liner creating a cat eye shape and applied a black pencil liner to the water lines. I then blended the "Naked" shadow underneath the lash line just to soften the look a bit and added a nude colored loose shimmer to the tear ducts to brighten the eyes. To finish the look off I applied lots of black mascara to the top and bottom lashes.
